Returns and refunds
1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason, starting from the day after you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
2. How to Return Items
To cancel, contact us via email at [[email protected]] with your order number. You must return the items in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage.
3. Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or receiving proof of return). The refund will be made to your original payment method and will include:
- The full price of the returned items.
- The cost of standard delivery (if you return all items from an order).
We may deduct a sum from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
4. Faulty or Not as Described
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have enhanced rights for faulty goods:
- Within 30 days: You can reject the goods and receive a full refund.
- Within 6 months: You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you can claim a full or partial refund.
- We will cover the cost of returning faulty items.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items (e.g., monogrammed clothing).
- Items that are unsealed for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken).
